"The Interagency Implementation Team (IIT)...established a Task Team to conduct field reviews during the fourth quarter of fiscal year (FY) 1999. Four reviews were conducted...The Team Leaders met on December 3 to discuss the findings of their respective reviews. It was a consensus...that Forest Service (FS) Forests and Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Districts in the basin are doing a good job in implementing the conditions outlined in the Biological Opinions (BOs) for PACFISH and INFISH"--Letter of transmittal.
