This field book includes the field notes of Miller from a collecting trip to Dominican Republic in 1928. A list of plants collected by Miller includes collector numbers 1001-1259. Entries on the left-hand pages include collector number and determination. Entries on the right-hand pages list the collector number, common name (vine, fern, yam, etc.), and occasionally habitat, locality, physical description, and other observations. Localities include: La Romana, Samana, Boca del Infierno, Bolbache, and Rio San Juan.
