Collection of plant specimens acquired presumably during travel from Gibraltar, through Italy, and into the Swiss Alps in the summer of 1910. Each unnumbered leaf bears several carefully preserved and mounted botanical samples of local flora, each annotated with the name, location, and date the specimen was picked. The majority of specimens were collected in the Swiss Alps (16 of 20 leaves).

With postcard laid loose, addressed to Mrs. Florace Dennnett in New Hampshire. The black and white postcard measures 9 x 13 cm (folded), features a cover image of Pontresina, a colour image of the Tschierva Glacier, and has a mounted specimen of edelweiss.
