Concerning fisheries, especially the Atlantic herring fishery; also concerns competion with the United Provinces of the Netherlands for the same commodities and the East India Company's monopoly on trade.

There are three variants in which the text has been reset; in this issue, the catchword on p. 5 reads "new" without a comma.
