Appendix: copies of letters relative to the interviews; copies of a poem, an article and a talk by McCulloch; example of questions used in editing. Included also (as v.2): copies of his articles on forest conservation; and transcripts of anecdotes of experiences in the woods, made from tapes in Self Learning Center, School of Forestry.
