Field notes Vol. 166-170 are housed together in one box. All document New York Botanical Garden expeditions to the Bahamas in 1907 and 1909 by Percy Wilson, and in 1910 by John Kunkel Small and Joel Jackson Carter.

Field notes Vol. 167 documents Percy Wilson's botanical collecting in the Bahamas in 1907 on a New York Botanical Garden expedition. It is comprised of a list of specimen numbers 7163-7904, collected November 22-December 4, 1907 in the Bahamas. The notebook includes dates and locations, and entries have very brief descriptive information on the plant and/or habitat. Most entries do not have the full plant name. This notebook is a duplicate of the same information in Field notes Vol. 166.
