Notes

The U. S. Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, and the U. S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management (BLM), propose to develop and implement a coordinated, scientifically sound, broad-scale, ecosystem-based management strategy for lands they administer across parts of Idaho, Oregon, Montana, and Washington (approximately 63 million acres). The Interior Columbia Basin Ecosystem Management Project (ICBEMP) Supplemental Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) supplements the Eastside and Upper Columbia River Basin (UCRB) Draft EISs released in June 1997.
