Surveys were also conducted in Uganda. The forms are dated from "8 Sept. 67" to "5 Nov. 67", and are not ordered by date. They are numbered US-1 to US-50. The laboratory forms provide the name of the bird species, the dates the birds were processed or collected, the locality, and sex, type of examination (dissection, plumage, soft parts), the presence of molting, the weight, fat, the way the bird was disposed of ("skin, skelton, alcoholic, discarded"), the preparator's name or initials, the presence of ectoparasites, data on blood tests for the presence of viruses (not filled on any of these forms), and additional remarks.
