Correspondence from George F. Baltzell to John Torrey, dated 1838, thanking Torrey for a recently received shipment of pamphlets, and lamenting that he has little time to read them. The same lack of free time is delaying Baltzell from collecting and sending the specimens he had promised Torrey, though he is sending him an unusual fish, which he thinks Torrey will find interesting.
